‘Rolling Thunder’ captures the troubled spirit of America in 1975 contrasted against the joyous music that Dylan performed during the fall of that year. With his Revue in tow, Dylan embarked on an unprecedented musical caravan through the country’s forgotten towns and former industrial epicenters, all ignored amidst the celebrations of the American Bicentennial.
